Dear all,

When the buyer first contacted us via Amazon, the buyer requested a large print of the product (book). Although we sent to the buyer a large print, we replied to the buyer's message stating that we would refund the money if the buyer sent the product back to us. This shows that the buyer received the product. This is stated in their first message to Amazon. Later, when the buyer filed an A to Z claim against us, the buyer claimed that the package was received but it was empty, which is absolutely not true. The USPS records show that the package weighed 1.5 lbs. This is already equal to the weight of the book. Despite the fact that we repeatedly shared a screenshot of the buyer's message to Amazon and showed them the USPS records, Amazon wrongfully deducted money from us. Don't you think there is contradiction and false information between these two messages? As far as we understand, this buyer is someone who tries to get products for free by slandering sellers. We expect Amazon to make a fair decision here and refund our money. When we remove justice from the flow of life, there is nothing left. We do not want to give any item for free. We lost our item and money. We need your assistance. Thanks in advance!

I don't have a solution for Amazon allowing theft and fraud BUT if this was shipped using the USPS please report the issue to the Postal Inspectors as mail fraud. If not, report it to the carrier.
ALSO the Government has a site IC3 (Amazon will remove the link if I put it here but it’s part of the FBI for an easy search) where you can report the use of the internet for theft if it was UPS, FedEx or whatever. It is generally used to report on websites but it can be used to report buyers as well if you happen to encounter one of the Amazon scam crowd.
In all cases it at least puts the con artists into a data base for future reference by the authorities.
There's an OLD saying -- If you aren't part of the solution you are part of the problem.
PLEASE REPORT, REPORT, REPORT, REPORT.
And, DO NOT forget the Police Department where you are, as well as where the 'buyer' is!
