It seems as though Amazon recently changed their return policies for items fulfilled by the merchant. Amazon automatically authorizes the refund. I sell an oral supplement and once it is opened I do not want to authorize a return or at least not after 30 days at the very. Please help, I just received one that is 33 days past the delivery date.

Items delivered October 1st or after can be returned until January 31st.
