Why is my account showing a negative balance and i have over 1800 in my deferred account? When will this negative balance go away?

Amazon shows that I have an upcoming payment but also shows that I have a negative balance due to returns and deferred payments. I've had 0 sales in 5 days, which is unusual. Am I losing the buy box because of the negative balance? I googled this question and here are the results. Is this true?
