Since the end of October, I have noticed that all the listings under my brand have lost their organic search visibility for broad keywords. Despite searching these broad terms, I cannot find my listings in the organic rankings—they only appear as sponsored products.
Typically, my listings would rank on pages 1 to 7 for the broad keywords, but now they seem to have disappeared from the results altogether. This decline is seriously impacting my business, as I have a substantial amount of inventory prepared, and my products are experiencing a significant loss in sales. I’m extremely concerned about the situation.
Could you please have your Amazon technical team look into this issue for me?
