Can someone help me out i am struggling to replace my deposit method as adding new bank account. Unfortunately whenever i click it shows me " FORBIDDEN YOU DO NOT HAVE RIGHTS TO PERFORM THIS ACTION!
I mean what the hell is that i am owner of this account primary account holder and it is showing me that stupid error as well Amazon team is unable to resolve this it is so unprofessional that teams is just giving me assumptions do this do that log out log in !!! i do try everything and it is SUCKS.
How can i resolve this problem i need to change my personal bank account to business bank account under this Amazon Business name.
It doesn't help if you rant against all and anything. Personally I am very happy that nobody can change MY Deposit Method....
In seller central go to "User permissions" in the settings. Do you see your name and your email address there, WITHOUT "Delete" button on the same line?
Did you by chance change your "Legal Entity"? Then that is the problem and I don't have (and believe there isn't any) solution for this. A seller account is not allowed to be transferred and now you see why. The "Deposit Method" is all the time connected to the one who CREATED that account, in your case that was your personal name and not your business name.
