One of our products have just gotten 4 one star reviews in a row from unverified buyers all attacking our brand.
The user names are all similar ie: jennyirish, paulgerman, philroman.
Since the reviews attacked the brand, its most likely a competitor.
This product has 510 reviews with a 4.6 rating, this is so frustrating.
Hopefully Amazon will take them down....
the first 3 left 6 other reviews each. Each 5 stars and each for the same 6 other products. So yeah, no doubt. I have reported all 21 reviews as fake, but I have little hope. May be the bot realized the connections.
I am suspicious on the 4th one, but it's not as obvious
Judging the fact the 3 names have Irish, German and Roman as last names you can bet your bottom dollar it's a competitor attack. And Amazon will do nothing about it which is shameful.
Ugh. Sorry to hear this.
We are dealing with this regularly. Chinese competitors mostly. Amazon knows these are fake, but they do not care.
Hello! @Seller_WYyNhCj1Yytip
I am sorry you are dealing with this issue. Have you followed the standard removal path below on this already?
Due to the details around this, I'd suggest filling out a report in the form below as well:
If you have done both, please provide me with more details, so I can file a report on my end as well, I tried looking into the product you mentioned but couldn't find the reviews you mentioned, not sure if they were removed, or I'm looking at the incorrect listing.
Regards,
Amaon will do something, if they are "unverified reviews" you need to go under the report abuse section and select this abuse is not mentioned in any of the other options. Once you are there it is going to ask for an order number and explain your issue. You will fill all that out. However, since the review has no order number you will get an error message and take a screen shot of that. Contact seller support and tell them this needs to be investigated by the review team because this was NOT a real order and you can't report abuse because there was never a purchase. They will send the issue over to the review team and the review will be taken down. You need to be explicit and let them know your product isn't available anywhere but Amazon. It also helps to be brand registered as well and have a trademark. Best of luck, this has worked for me twice. Don't listen to the people on there, clearly they aren't in the trenches.
