Feedback Removal Request for OrderID 114-7700558-0066601

A customer purchased a vanity table from our store on February 14th. We set the shipping time at 7 days, but after only 2 days of shipping by sea, the buyer requested a return. Since the goods had already been shipped, it was impossible to intercept them.
Our company, adhering to the principle of sincerely serving customers, sent 5 friendly emails asking the customer for the reason behind the return, but received no response. We then informed the customer that we would refund $50 first to close the return request.
If there were any issues upon receipt of the item, they could contact us anytime, and we would strive to provide a satisfactory response as soon as possible. Unfortunately, on the same day the order arrived within the time specified by Amazon, the buyer immediately gave us a one-star negative review: 'I would like the full respond on this Item.
I am also trying to send it back but with the tag provided it doesn’t not give an English Address where to send it too. Additionally, the charge for sending it will be exceeding the $30.' As mentioned above, if the buyer has any issues after receiving the item, they can contact us anytime, and we will definitely provide a satisfactory response.
The buyer simultaneously submitted another return request, stating 'delayed delivery' as the reason for the return: 'too small.' This confuses us because the product dimensions are clearly marked on the detail page. Additionally, the buyer mentioned delayed shipping in the return request, which is not true; we shipped within Amazon's requirements. However, upon receiving the product, the buyer immediately gave a one-star negative review without contacting us. We promptly contacted the buyer, sending multiple emails to inquire about the situation, but received no response.
We offered a solution: refund 50% of the order amount and allow the customer to keep the product. The buyer agreed to remove or change the one-star feedback. We immediately refunded the buyer, but after 20 days, the buyer took no action despite numerous follow-up emails.
This one-star negative feedback has greatly affected our new three-month-old store. The buyer's behavior leaves us very puzzled. Therefore, we request Amazon to delete this feedback based on the buyer's agreement to remove or change the negative review.
