The first half of this feedback, 'This doesn't work properly.' is a product review which should be removed. For the customer's comment that the machine doesn't work properly, through communication with the customer, the customer has also said that the machine can be completely frozen, so the machine is able to work properly, and there is no such thing as the customer saying that the machine doesn't work properly.

The second half of this feedback is 'I ask for refund and return. I got the label for return but don't say where should I drop it off?' The customer requested a return on March 18, 2025, stating that the reason for the return was an error in the instruction manual and the customer did not know how to use the machine. I immediately replied to the customer and asked them to send us a photo so that we can better identify the problem and help them solve it. The customer agreed, but did not send us any photos. On the contrary, he left negative comments directly. This is very unreasonable.

I simply manually authorized the return request within 48 hours as required by Amazon, but did not provide the customer with a prepaid return LABEL, so the second half of the feedback posted by the customer is completely false.

Therefore, I request Amazon to remove this feedback, thank you.
