I did everything but it keeps saying very poor. How can I fix it?

You can't. They give you options, but none of them will remove the "poor listing":

Consider removing or disposing of any inventory in fulfillment centers. Before sending any more inventory to the fulfillment center or customers, make sure the packaging is undamaged and meets all packaging requirements.

It might not affect your account health rate, however a poor customer experience could lead to temporary suppression of the listing/ASIN.
