Read onlyDear Sellers,
I need your help or advice!
I am a new brand owner and have beening created several listings on a product for sale in Amazon but haven't been able to get them published sucessfully. The reason Amazon holds is that my product was identified as an unregistered pesticide or a product that makes pesticidal claims and is unregistered from Evironmental Protection Agency, which focuses on agricultural relevant issues, especially on pesticides.
The reality is that my product is made of viscose that is a semi-synthetic fiber made from natural cellulose, typically sourced from wood pulp (like bamboo, eucalyptus, or beech). It sits somewhere between natural and synthetic, and it has unique qualities that make it stand out.
To make further efforts, I have tried hard to eliminate words on the detail page of the product that might cause problems, like anti-bacteria, and the like. Also I appealed. Currently, I have failed the appeal.
Please help and let me know if you expereinced similar problem and how you resolved it.
Thanks a lot.
I suppose you didn't yet send in inventory. So, just take a NEW UPC from GS1 (not the one you used for your actual listing!) and create a new listing avoiding anti-bacterial. Also avoid "bamboo". Wait some days and you will see if the system accepts this new listing.
