Read onlyGood sales, hello everyone.
I have about 70-80 products of 3 brands waiting for approval from Amazon in the Temporary Warehouse. Unfortunately, I cannot unlock 3 brands.
The mail I received is as follows: 'We have closed this file because you have not sent new information and documents. Please reply to this mail or get help from ........'
Please apply by sending new information and documents. How do I need to send a new document :) ? I already follow all the instructions ...
I sent approval for 4 brands and 1 of them was accepted. The remaining 3 brands were not approved although the billing information was the same and all processes were the same :).
My supplier is approved, the products are from a new manufacturer and when I look at the sellers of the adverts, I see that there are many NEW sellers. The images also comply with all the rules. So why is the brand not approved? They say your account is not suitable for this, I understand, but why? So why can't I sell this product when all other new sellers are selling this product.
I have contacted customer service several times, they have been understanding but they say they don't have the authority to approve and can't help. This leaves me alone and I am sure I have followed all the guidelines.
It is also strange that when I send a trademark application, the e-mail I receive says that you can write to us here, I write, but there is no response from the other side, so what kind of document should I send, what kind of path should I follow, can someone tell me? Do I have to buy the product directly from the brand itself with the invoice and have it unlocked, so will we return to the same place again, after the brand is unlocked, I will still buy the product from my supplier, he already buys directly from the brand from the manufacturer :).
The total cost of the units is 600$ for me and it is an important money for many people and the equivalent of my 1 month of labour. Is there an authorised person who can help me in this matter?

The bigger question is: Are YOU approved by the manufacturer to sell their products on Amazon? A supplier can not grant you authorization to sell a product; you need permission FROM THE BRAND.
Don't pay attention to what others are doing/getting away with. They may have official permission. They may be breaking the rules. They may get caught and suspended tomorrow. Don't worry about them; and don't base your decisions on what they are doing. Worry about running your own account properly.
Yes, if you purchase it legally, you can legally resell it. But it is Used.
And just because you can resell it does NOT mean that Amazon is required to allow you to sell it on their platform; nor does it prevent them from ensuring that your items are legit.
Which is why the question: Are YOU authorized BY THE BRAND to sell their products on Amazon?
Irrelevant. Hundreds of cars drive over the speed-limit; doesn't mean you can't be given a ticket.
Obviously, as you've discovered, this is not quite the case.
It's not me you need to convince; it's Amazon. And perhaps the brand you are trying to sell. It's their sandbox, their rules. No silly "FSD" arguments are going to get you anywhere; they simply do not apply.
Correct. Which is why I never made such a statement. Not sure why you even address this; it's not an issue.
Except Amazon is more and more doing exactly that; many brands which were wide open just a few years ago now require approval from the brand. Sure, there are still many brands that do not require this; apparently, 3 of the ones you are trying to get approved do require it.
Of course we will. But that in no way implies that we are allowed to sell any and every thing that we want to.
You stated that you wanted to understand; I've explained a probable reason; that you need authorization FROM THE BRAND to sell that product on Amazon. It's really not that hard to understand.
I understand that you want to be right, and not accept the reality that your assumptions are incorrect.
The truth is that there are many brands which do not want you selling on Amazon. Search the forums for "Nike" if you want an example, or visit their website to read their explanation of how they control who can sell their brand.
And while the most recognized, they are not the only brand doing this. Contrary to your claim, brands have long exerted control over who can sell their products and where. FSD is not a factor in the discussion.
You bought it from a "supplier", not the brand, , and you send it to a "temporary" aka fulfillment warehouse, and then they will ship it to the customer. And you have yet to see the item. I will tell you from the beginning that this will only work for a short time and it this short time I don't see how you make a profit. As a matter of fact, I am surprised you got approved for 1 brand, however, you will need approval from that brand (not from Amazon) to sell it on Amazon at the first complaint. If you don't have it, you risk your account.
You are likely correct; you'll get no complaints from anyone other than the main party for which you need to worry about. They can do a single "Counterfeit without Test Buy", and you will not have the required documents to fight it, and you'll be done on Amazon (note also that any inventory in FBA will not be returned to you, so you'll lose that as well as any funds not yet paid out).
It's not the buying that is the problem; it's the selling it on Amazon. If you purchased through legit channels and sold in your B&M store, you'd have no problems. But Amazon is not "your" store, and there are additional rules.
My last suggestion would be to bookmark this thread; that way, you can easily refer to it when you go to write your "Help, I've been suspended" thread.
Hello everyone.
First of all, I would like to clarify that, here or anywhere Month Store LLC or the people here, in no way, they have no intention of getting anyone in trouble or writings to reflect this, we express our own opinion, that's it.
You also know that the sale of your brand or brands on platforms you do not want will definitely not happen :). So there is no need to make so much noise, so no one wants to sell your brand by force, because there are millions of brands in the world :)
I don't know what you are doing to the people on the grey list, I'm obviously not interested, but my only suggestion is to remember that most sellers who sell are looking after their families, maybe struggling to earn a living or spending their last investment to buy and sell products, and after a little warning, I'm sure many of them will completely remove their stocks.
So to summarise, do you have x brand, it's okay, you don't let him sell it, it's okay, when you don't want it, no one else can sell this brand except you, I think we agreed on this, and don't be afraid, no one distributes your brand's products for free :).
You can dominate online markets, you can control all the lists, please take it under control. :)
I don't know your situation in your physical distribution channels, I hope that none of your end-user customers will buy your products from unauthorised persons,
Posts like your's get others in trouble.
Are you located in the US? Do you know US Trade Law? Do you know what brands like the one's I operate do to gray market participators? We CLOSE every single one of our actual accounts that resell onto 3rd Party (Amazon, EBay, etc.) or to people that do.
So even if they do get away listing on Amazon, they will no longer get product from our companies. If they pop up back up in the gray market with our brands, we will figure out which one of our accounts is supplying them, and shut them down too.
