Happy Prime Big Deals Day all!
This event kicks off tomorrow, October 8th and runs through the 9th, so we wanted to share some resources to help monitor your deals during this fast paced event:
Check Your Deal Status
Head over to the Deals Dashboard in Seller Central to keep tabs on the status of your deals. You may see statuses like:
Pay close attention to any ASINs that are greyed out, as that means they don't qualify. You may need to remove those from your deal.
Monitor Pricing and Inventory
Once your deal is live, you'll want to keep a close eye on the price and quantity. Don't make any changes to the participating ASINs or parent ASINs, as that could cause issues.
Review Performance Metrics
After your deal ends, head back to the Deals Dashboard to see how it performed. Check out key metrics like units sold, items waitlisted, and overall revenue. This data can help you fine-tune your strategy for the next big event.
Staying on top of your deals during Prime Big Deal Days is crucial to maximizing your sales and success, and keep us posted here on the forums how your deals perform!
Here's to your biggest Prime Big Deal Days yet!
Best regards,
Danny
Hi Dani can you teach me how to get my seller account reactivated? i seriously need my account back and promise to do it right not to make the same mistake again. [Moderator edit: removed inappropriate commentary]
Previously, sellers would reduce the price of a product by at least 20% to make it eligible for a sale and could turn a profit through volume.
Now, in addition to that, Amazon wants $50 for each product with a sale badge. For low-cost items with small profit margins, participating in this is pointless. It’s becoming nothing more than a prohibitive fee.
Bravo, Amazon!
Request for Amazon Team to Take Action to Prevent Forced Merging of Bigphase Brand ASIN with My Branded ASIN
Background:
Since March 2024, my branded ASIN has been forcefully merged with multiple unbranded ASINs from sellers under the manufacturer Bigphase. This merging and splitting of variations is severely damaging my brand reputation and affecting my business, as follows:
Case ID: 15974520631
Case ID: 15925658411
Case ID: 16343550461
Case ID: 16333878381
Case ID: 16329058471
However, each time, I receive the same response: “Thank you for your report of a suspected policy violation. We investigated the issue that you brought to our attention and took appropriate action.” Despite this, the next day, the Bigphase ASINs continue to merge with my ASIN.
Issue Description:
Bigphase ASINs are forcibly merged with my ASIN daily between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM (GMT-7), and then separated outside of these hours. According to Amazon's policy, ASINs from different brands should not be merged as variations, but this issue has not been resolved.
Nothing more infuriating than hundreds of subscribe and save orders being discounted simply because they fall on prime day deals.
NICE,I hope everyone can hit the jackpot this year and sell well
What is prime day when does it start are we supposed to expect sales to return to normal during this time and is Amazon still going to continue to PRICE FIX non essential items removing buy boxes making customers feel like they shouldn't buy anything?
