Amazon lost a guitar amplifier worth $1399 that I sent in an FBA shipment to their warehouse. Three units were sent and UPS shows all three were delivered. Despite this concrete evidence, Amazon continues to claim one unit was never received, so in desperation I sent this letter to the Attorney General of Washington State who will hopefully pressure Amazon to acknowledge their mistake:
"My business (DjangoBooks.com) sells products on Amazon.com through their FBA program (Fulfillment by Amazon) by which we ship inventory to Amazon and they store it in their warehouses. On June 6th/2024 we shipped three AER Compact 60/4 amplifiers (ASIN: B07MDDPNH9) but Amazon is claiming they only received two. However, the UPS tracking #s (see below) show all three were delivered on June 12th:
1Z2285R50315229390
1Z2285R50335927400
1Z2285R50330277210
Amazon keeps claiming that there's an "Inaccurate item quantity in box" which is impossible as there is only one unit per box, and UPS shows all three boxes were delivered.
Please take all means necessary to insure that Amazon takes responsibility for the lost unit and reimburses us appropriately.
You may need to include the following information when contacting Amazon Seller Services:

Does your inventory ledger show that all 3 were received?

Hey @Seller_4MzWdnL9EVmty, I'm sorry to hear you're dealing with this. Can I have the case ID that you have opened with Seller Support?
they didn't lose it, believe me; they stole it. I have lost so much money from fees, lost and stolen inventory in your FBA warehouses, refusal by your criminal organization to actually work any ticket your oversee CS reps open. I will not send 1 more piece of inventory to FBA, the risk of your s..ty company mishandling my inventory is way too high. At this point I think that the FTC needs to step in and brake you guys up you are beyond incompetent, you are too big. The internet is full of scary stories from sellers sending you inventory and your employees steal it or lose it. I think your criminal organization is just outright getting away with promoting, facilitating and ignoring all the theft going on. I wished I could wish you good luck, but all I wish is for you guys to pay the price for robbing so many sellers of their livelihood and their inventory. Shame on you, can't believe you get a salary from such a despicable organization.
