ACCOUNT DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR GTIN EXEMPTION
my brand name is "ROCKWELL" and i deal in apparels and it is approved on amazon brand registry , i have trademark certificate , i have 200+ products listed on amazon shopping website under my brand name "rockwell" . but when i am applying for GTIN it's saying that my account does not qualify . there is actually another brand by the name of 'rockwell" which deals in electronic items , so the product category is completely different , even i have the trademark certificate , but when i am trying to list products , the back end team is getting the idea that i am trying to map my products under that electronic category even though i deal in apparel and i have all the necessary documents . for past 3 months i am trying to raise this issue with seller support but they keep on giving the same reply that my account does not qualify without stating the reasons . i am very frustrated and mentally irritated by their reply , u can;t talk to the concerned back end team and seller support doesn't have any idea what to do . i am stuck in a loop .

DONT WORRY. I believe I have a solution to your problem. Because if you look at my profile then you will find a few weeks ago I was wearing your shoes. I know how frustrating it can be. I actually bypass seller support. Seller support wasted 2 months. & the 2nd way wasted 1 of my month. [Moderator Edit: Inappropriate comment removed]

I know this is vary frustrating. Just do brand registry and problem got solved
