REVIEWS NOT VISIBLE!
I had started looking at my review rating and noting what was happening. I had a 5 star review (#315) that pushed me over 4 stars. Then my rating dropped to 3.9 with no new reviews visible. I noticed that now the number of reviews went up to 319 from 315. Why don't the new reviews show up?
Seems like shenanigans to me. Anyone else seeing this?

Tatiana from Amazon here. I see that you posted this back on Nov. 2nd so I wanted to check in to see if the new reviews have shown up on your detail page yet or if they still seem to be missing. I also wanted to ask if you have you noticed this happening to your other listings? Or have you recently separated this listing from a variation?

Hello, we've experiencing the same issue. One of our listing has a 5 and 3 star rating only but with no reviews at all. And there is no information given on who gave those reviews, not showing on Brand > Customer Reviews either, I was hoping it could get better than this so we can address the issue with those unfortunate low star ratings.
