I directly purchase from manufacture, how can i submit supplier's supplier?
I already submitted Invoice authorization letter delivery proof. How can I reactivate my account? Kindly Help
You can reactivate your account by sending us the following required documents and information from your supplier's supplier:
-- Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders or authorization letters from your supplier's supplier issued in the last 365 days.
-- If you are not the brand owner, provide an authorization letter and a complete set of documentation to prove a valid supply chain.
-- If you are the brand owner, provide a copy of the brand registration certificate, and business license or personal identity card.
These documents must include:
-- Contact information for your supplier's supplier, including name, phone number, address, email, and website.
-- A description of the item.
You have to ask your supplier to give you an invoice from HIS supplier. He can hide the price.
Manufacturers tightly control their business and ALWAYS know who their products ae sold to. That is why they use invoice billing.
Amazon knows what an invoice includes. An invoice is used when Your USA business has a retail commercial credit account with the manufacturer. Most all invoices include all of the following printed on the invoice:
- YOUR: business name, business address, business phone, sales tax exempt number, your EIN number, your credit line, and terms of sale
- MANUFACTURER’S: address, phone, EIN number, account Rep’s name
- PRODUCT’S: quantity, SKU-Model number,
- DISCOUNTS PROCESSES ON THIS PURHASE: quantity, sale, specials
- TERMS OF SHIPPING: method, who pays, company used, tracking number
- TERMS OF PAYMENT: 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, interest assessed
Some have more, but they all use the same basic format. Even when you make a small online order and pay by credit card, an invoice is still sent to you separately containing all of the above.
If you purchased the items from a distributor using cash and carry, or on-line with a credit card, and paid sales tax on it, you are not buying wholesale from the manufacturer.
Letters of Authorizations, the trick request by Amazon.
Did you notice that Amazon always asks for a manufacturer’s invoice first, then asks for/or a letter of authorization? Amazon knows how businesses are operated.
If you have a commercial retailers account with a manufacturer, your invoice as described above will suffice. You will not need a Letter of Authorization because the invoice says it all. If you really need one, your manufacturer Rep handling your account could get one for you.
If you do not actually have a commercial account with the manufacturer, Amazon knows companies will not give any letter of authorization to individuals without a commercial account.
Amazon cut the BS if you do not want a seller to sell then say so. Stop with the prove you are honest BS.
Contact information for your supplier's supplier, including name, phone number, address, email, and website. This is how you give amazon all they need to know to buy the product direct.
Amazon is not a selling partner you can trust. They tried to do this with one of our supplies. Our supplier does not want the hassle of being on amazon so thank you to our supplier.
