I have reviewed your other forum posts and found you have had assitance from forum mods previously for a section 3 deactivation and that you stated you listed/sold inauthentic items due to your sourcing from an unauthorized distributor.
I can't help with your deactivation but I can offer an explanation why you were hit with a policy violation for something you haven't sold for the past year.
If by some miracle you're able to reactivate your account, in the future you need to completely delete items you no longer intend to sell. Deleting them only through Manage Inventory removes only your offer.
Here is how to delete your listing entirely, per @Michelle_Amazon:
"Michelle at Amazon here. If you do not fully delete your listings, the information you have provided remains on our back end, which can lead to policy violations. If you have items that you are no longer going to sell, you need to delete both your offer and contributions by placing an x in the add delete column for your products. You can read more in this help page.
As long as you remove all contributions, you will not get policy violations down the road."
