Read onlyMy account has been changed to Inactive (I have no idea why since I was just active in the account last week and I just sent my first FBA shipment out which was received) - I am in an endless loop trying to reactivate the account since any time I hit the 'continue' button it gives me a message that my account is now active but if I click on anything in the navigation menu, or even hit help, account settings, ANYTHING - i'm kicked back to the Inactive account page, and so on and so on.
I need to access my inventory page to see the status of my FBA shipment and get my store finally up and running with stocked product. Does anyone know how to actually get out of Inactive account status if you keep getting that same error page - this is on desktop, mobile, the app and both Chrome and Firefox.
