This morning I received a bill from Worldwide Express and I’m totally confused.

Am I the only one that has missed a switch in Amazon Shipping?

After looking at this bill I’m finding out that shipping expenses for UPS aren’t taken out of my Amazon account anymore and I now have to pay Worldwide Express.

I feel a bit violated. Glad I discovered this in time. Out of some money that I thought I had.

I well, another lovely Amazon surprise. 😳

Once one problem with shipping is finally resolved, Amazon causes another problem. I simply do not understand why this process is not cut and dry.

Customer ordered an item today. Total order cost including shipping is $22.99. The shipping time was calculated using USPS Ground Advantage.

The problem is when I go to purchase the shipping label, Amazon only offers Express Mail. Why is Ground Advantage offered? Express mail costs more than what the customer paid.

The only solution is to purchase shipping outside of Amazon which makes no sense at all. It's not worth reaching out to Support as the last issue I had with shipping label orientation took 3 MONTHS to resolve.

We sell an ASIN on FBA that costs less than $10, and a buyer placed two identical purchases for one unit, with express shipping.

They refused delivery on one of them, and now the refund we have to give them is $16.25, but the price of the item is only $8.99, and we offer free standard shipping?

How do I recover this cost? We're making like $0.11 on the other sale because of this discrepancy. I understand that free shipping is our responsibility on returns, but we didn't make this customer pay almost as much as the cost of the item to have it sent faster. That was their issue.
