Situation:

one seller central account, but 3 different emails: A email- for USA Marketplace, B email- for EU marketplace, and C email for Australia. A brand registered, the trademark also. All emails are Brand owner rights for the brand, all Marketplaces Added, and.. the problem: Why - The old Amazon account, was created 3 different selling marketplaces when there was no possibility to link them together (for example USA and EU), now all these accounts linked.

Listing created on the USA (just USA MP) and ... voila - I can't edit: change the title, bullet points because local contribution rights have the same account EU marketplace Merchan token.

Delete listing, wait 24h, and then again create - nop, didn't help.

So the problem:

"The problem is likely that our local contribution rights in the USA marketplace have our EU marketplace merchant token."

And how to resolve this?

We have a registered brand on Amazon and one of our listings was randomly added from another brand. We exclusively manufacture and sell this product. The other company does not sell our product. Strangely the brand name changed from our brand name A to their brand name B. When I edit the listing and look at the product details, it clearly shows our brand name A. Brand B actually added hundreds of products randomly and products like Aveeno had also changed the brand name. I worry that this is one of these places where they hijack you ASIN's. How can one branded product show 2 different brand names on the same page?

I am a sole proprietor with a business name that is different from my personal name.

I first started selling on Amazon Germany, and shortly after, I expanded to Amazon USA. When I registered on Amazon Germany, I was informed that sole proprietors must use their personal name as their business name in Seller Central, not their official business name. Because of this, I was advised by Account Health specialists to update my business name in Seller Central to "[Business Name] [Personal Name]" to comply with Amazon Germany's requirements.

This change successfully resolved the issue in Germany, and my account continued to operate normally.

However, after some time, I received a notification from Amazon USA stating that my account was at risk of deactivation due to a mismatch between my business name in Seller Central and my official registered business name.

I reached out to Account Health specialists, but despite countless cases and support requests, my USA account is still deactivated.

If I change my business name in Seller Central to fix the Amazon USA issue, it will create a mismatch in Amazon Germany and cause problems there instead. This means that no matter what I do, my account remains at risk in one of the marketplaces.

I can't be the only seller facing this issue. There must be more European sole proprietors who have encountered this problem when selling on multiple Amazon marketplaces.

- Has anyone found a solution to this issue?

- How can I correctly verify my business across different Amazon marketplaces without risking deactivation?

- Is there a way to resolve this permanently without constantly changing my Seller Central business name?

I’ve been dealing with this issue for a very long time, submitted countless cases, and spoken with multiple Account Health specialists, but unfortunately, nothing has worked so far. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
