My account has been deactivated

My account has been deactivated by amazon seller. They say that There is another account which is linked on this account. I don't even recognize this account and this is the only account I have. What should I do now. They are not even accepting my request to reactivate.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues that have occurred. I understand your account has been associated to another account. This will be due to our team having found shared information or access between your account and another that has been deactivated.

Due to our multiple accounts policy, the deactivation of the associated account will have caused your own account disruption. To resolve this, you will need to identify where the association has occurred.

Has anyone else ever had shared access to the account or have you ever utilized any information that was not your own? This could include any former employees or a third party service that assisted you. If not, do you have any family members that have a selling account that could have utilized similar information?

If you find that this was an active association, you will need the owner of the other account to resolve their issues for you to resolve yours. Otherwise, you can attempt to submit disputing documentation to show you were not associated in the form of contracts or other type information that shows the services that were provided.

When attempting to dispute, it is important to keep in mind that our team will be looking to see that either you were never associated or were no longer associated at the time of your disruption. If this cannot be verified with your provided information, they will reject the submission.

We do encourage you to continue to provide any information or details you have for review.

Best,

Atlas
