Read onlyHi. I just signed up for a seller`s account and did not see or have an option between professional and individual account when signing up. I was prompted to pay for professional and could not go back to my previous pages. After registration I switched to individual but I was charged the money for professional. Is there any way for me to get the money back? Thank you

However, make sure your account is fully active before you reach out to them.

Hello Connor, I have this same problem, and other issues (see attached screenshot for reference):
1) I want to downgrade to individual, but it says I am "Individual for US and Canada", but "Professional" for Mexico. I cannot alter any of these things. And I did try on a different browser.
2) I want to unenroll from Amazon B2B, but when I select the link, it sends me to an information page, and I am not unenrolled.
3) I want to do my own fulfillment, not via Amazon, but there is NO option to opt out or unenroll.
4) And, lastly, my account was charged the $39.99 fee, but when I went to the /cu/contact us link you posted, it didn't send me anywhere but the same "support" that I have filled out several times.
If I cannot get any of these to work, I want to delete my seller account. This whole process has been confusing and frustrating, I've spent at least two work days trying to get this set up. I hope you can help, thank you!
