First time using AWD. I created a shipment before I needed to make changes. Deleted workflow immediately. But under shipment queues, the shipment is showing up as "created". I would like to cancel this before incurring outbound charges and trucking logistic issues. Seller support ghosted me after "investigating". I'm hoping the moderators can help or at least escalate this issue.

You can cancel the shipments via the following steps: Seller Central> Inventory> Warehousing and Distribution> Track shipment> Click on the Shipment> Click on Send to Amazon Storage> Click request shipping cancellation.
