Read onlyI found that most of my items in the Seller Centre are not available for sale, and in the ‘Received Intellectual Property Complaints’ it shows that 45 items are in ‘Ongoing Litigation’. ‘.
The point is that I have not received any specific reason for this problem.
Currently my account is frozen and the items are not available for sale.
Has this happened to anyone else? I don't know what to do now. I've tried contacting Amazon, but I've just been told to wait. I've lost business and had my funds frozen for no reason whatsoever.
I've seen a lot of people say it could be a TRO but now I have no information and my lawyer can't do anything about it.

Did Amazon send you an email regarding any litigation?
If not, you might just be collateral damage from litigation between two OTHER parties.
I had items from a company that went bankrupt. The corpse was bought by a vulture capitalist and they proceeded to file IP violations on everyone that had acquired and was selling the brand items BEFORE the bankruptcy and still had inventory of perfectly legitimate unsold stock.
Have you done a search for the BRAND NAME to see if they are being sued by a different company?
Amazon must have received a complaint to do something about it, but just won't give me the information. I called Account Health customer service several times, but could not give me the information I needed. The customer service team does not work with the legal team, making the customer service a sham. All communication is a waste of time.
I wish the customer service team or some other department would contact the Amazon legal team immediately to tell me the answer.
