Intercepted FBA Shipment - Marked Returned to Sender - Returned to Amazon Facility in Lexington, KY!
Hello
I am seeking some assistance from moderators on a very high value shipment.
We made a packing error after shipping out an FBA Shipment and contacted Amazon to have the shipment returned to us for correction.
We received a response from Amazon instructing us to contact UPS in order to do this.
We filed a Return to Sender request to UPS for the associated tracking numbers.
The intercept, according to UPS was completed successfully, however, instead of the package coming back to our warehouse in New Jersey, it was redirected to an Amazon facility in Lexington, KY
The address : 172 Trade St, Lexington, KY, 40511
We need to understand how to get these shipments back to our warehouse.
The associated shipment ID's are:
FBA186FT53J4
FBA186FT53G6
This is extremely high value (over $30K)
