Read onlyCan anyone explain this why this claim granted, I really don't understand AZ insane policy, customer try to get original shipping fee back and return reason isn't seller fault. Not in policy says that, not to mention that policy says customer must contact to seller before open A Z claim but I never see customers do that but they wins. Please help me with me
I guess nobody knows about this, not even AZ CS. I know that if I want original shipping fee back just choose return reason code "Not style as expected" and no need to contact to seller, that easy
