for every order I ship and provide the number. amazon is sending messages to the buyer that their order has been lost ( even though its delivered and I always have proof of delivery )

so everyday buyers are trying to get benefits of that and they open a to Z claims and I have to appeal .

plus last week I had 15 buyers opened A TO Z which lead to my account been deactivated until I sent all the proof of deliveries.

anyone here in portugal and ship with GLS for FBM can help me how to connect amazon to GLS ? so amazon can track the orders please .

seller center cant help and keep asking use feedback manager please so becuae that i stopped selling international and seems no one can help

Requested the removal of my fba inventory and i am waiting the shipment of my inventory , the order id is the problem they send me 25 units and still waiting for 450 , also amazon is charging me expenses on amazon France and spain so i deleted the listing in all of the countries , this will affect the return order of the inventory or not? i
