for every order I ship and provide the number. amazon is sending messages to the buyer that their order has been lost ( even though its delivered and I always have proof of delivery )
so everyday buyers are trying to get benefits of that and they open a to Z claims and I have to appeal .
plus last week I had 15 buyers opened A TO Z which lead to my account been deactivated until I sent all the proof of deliveries.
anyone here in portugal and ship with GLS for FBM can help me how to connect amazon to GLS ? so amazon can track the orders please .

Are you experiencing this problem only with GLS shipments in Portugal? Could you provide more details on the specific delivery service you are using?
