Hi Everyone,
I need your assistance.
We received Section 3 and submitted an authentic invoice to Amazon. We also attended the video call interview and verified our identity, but our account is still deactivated. Can anyone share their submission template details or suggestions with us? Has anyone used a third-party service to get reactivated? We are willing to pay for assistance to get reinstated.
We have thousands of dollars in inventory stuck in Amazon FC, and our funds are also held up. Any suggestions for getting disbursements from Amazon?
Thank you.
Was this a true invoice, showing your business license and other info? Or is is a receipt, from a place where you did not have to provide your business license to make a purchase (and probably shows sales tax)? Note that many places have "Wholesale" in their name (such as Costco), but are still generally retailers.
Is this a big brand? Do you have approval FROM THE BRAND to sell their items on Amazon? Was the supplier you used one that the brand told you was authorized?
Hello @Seller_TwjMGEcxYbLav,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your section 3 deactivation.
I do see that you posted a similar concern a few months back in the new seller community, if this is related to the same deactivation, we will require more than a valid invoice.

Thank you @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw for posting these questions, as they mentioned valid invoices and a letter of authorization will be required. The help pages provided show the specific sourcing document requirements that need to be met along with what we expect a letter of authorization to look like as well.
We will additionally need to ensure that where your sourcing your products from meets our supply chain standard. If we cannot confirm all aspects of these documents and reviews we may not be able to guarantee a favorable outcome.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
