AMAZON is requiring an LOA for the item now.
this is absurd. Someone please get the attention of mods here! How am I suppose to provide LOA of an item i didnt source & mistakenly listed as FBA. It was deleted too!
Please help reinstate the account!

Yes, but it was listed, so that is considered "intent to sell". It should have never been listed if you didn't have inventory purchased in stock, or a drop shipping agreement from the brand owner.

As mentioned by @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7 when a product is added to your manage inventory in anyway, it shows the intent to sell the product. If we are requiring a letter of authorization it is very likely due to concerns of a valid supply chain or being an authorized distributor of the brand.
These situations will only provide a dispute path requiring these documents. The question I have is why was your VA listing products you never sourced, or intended to sell? Since this was an FBA listing, did the VA attempt to create a shipment of products for the ASIN?
Additionally so you are aware, when you hire someone to manage your account, you still assume full responsibility for all actions conducted in your store. If we cannot verify proof of authorization, or valid sourcing the account will not be eligible for reactivation at this time.

You are ready to admit responsibility, yet are unwilling to accept the result of the actions you are responsible for.
Here is a real-life example that may help you understand:
A few years back I had fairly major surgery that required a long recovery period. One day, while I was asleep, my girlfriend accidentally left the front door open. When the neighbor's caregiver walked past the house walking her dog, along with my 98 year old neighbor and her dog, MY dog reacted and ran out of the house towards them.
According to the caregiver, as my dog approached them, she picked-up HER dog in her arms, and then when MY dog got close enough, she kicked him as hard as she could in the head.
And at THAT point, my dog responded by biting her in the rear-end.
Even though my dog had EVERY opportunity to attack the neighbor's dog, or the neighbor herself IF my dog was actually violent or was in "Attack" mode, but he did NOT.
Now, all of this occurred while I was unconscious.
Regardless, I approached the caregiver and apologized. I arranged to take her to a doctor and paid the bill. I did everything I could to make her happy.
She forgave me, and even shared that while her friends were urging her to Sue me, her response to them (and me) was "Why? He is doing everything to fix this."
Then, just before the 2-year statute of limitations on a Dog Bite claim were set to expire, she sued me anyway... And got $50,000 as her reward.
I did not do anything wrong EXCEPT to be the responsible party for the dog that I owned.
So, even though I was unconscious when it occurred, and the incident was not due to any negligence on my part, I STILL had to pay for the problem.
I am not sure where you acquire such "Certainty", but you are 100% wrong.
Also, please don't confuse an Amazon Policy with a "Crime", as they are not the same thing.
For the record, it IS an "Issue" if you list a product you do not have. It is even a BIGGER issue if the product in question requires "Brand Approval".
And whether it is FBA or FBM, an Amazon Seller MUST be able to provide valid documentation for ANY item they listed on Amazon when Amazon requests such documentation.
Rather than trying to get an Amazon Mod to somehow allow you an "Exception" to the policy you violated, it seems that your ONLY path forward here is to ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY for the situation, and see IF there is any way Amazon will give you a "Second Chance". This would certainly require a POA (Plan of Action) that would satisfy Amazon.
However, it is also very likely that you have burned your one Amazon Seller account over this issue, and may NOT be able to be restored.
If so, it is a terrible and powerful lesson to ALL Amazon Sellers about WHO you allow access to operate your Amazon account on your behalf. In the end, it is YOUR FAULT if your employee violates Amazon Policy.
But PLEASE stop with the "Yes, I am responsible, BUT I should NOT have to pay the price for being the one who is responsible" pleadings.
The FIRST step to preventing future similar occurrences is to actually ACCEPT responsibility, not to deflect it.

I am an FBM Seller for almost 8 years.
Yes, I am very aware of these issues, as well as other issues involving "Gated" products. I am even aware of many ASINs that were complete unrestricted at the time I joined the listing, only to become Restricted later (NFL products specifically). I think I am familiar with almost every "Roadblock" that Amaozn uses to stymie the sales of 3rd Party Sellers.
When I discover a product I think might be worth investing in for resale, I FIRST get the UPC code for the product and enter it into the "Add Products" part of Amazon. It is there I will see IF the product is restricted or "Gated" in any way.
I have tried to help you in my reply. The ONLY other thing that might help you is to try and get an LOA from the "Brand" that accidentally created the problem, even if you have NO plan to purchase from them. THAT would be the simplest way out of the box you are currently in. If the Company is hesitant to offer you an LOA, try explaining the situation human-to-human.
