Brand Registry Revoked. How to make appeal?
Hi,
I am wanting to appeal as I have been revoked from brand registry. I need a link to appeal although there is nothing. I have contacted Brand registry team for a link to an appeal and I haven't gotten one yet. My suppliers are waiting nd this is an issue that should be resolved.

I'd guess there's something in Performance Notifications or the email you received with an email address.

I took a look into your application for Brand Registry that ends in 6331. On that case, the team mentions that " the trademark on the application either violates the intellectual property rights of others and/or is highly likely to be confused by customers for an established brand."
If there is already an existing brand within Brand Registry under the same brand name for the same product, Brand Registry will reject the new application attempt.
