The repeated message is:
"After a review of your shipment FBA15J1Q7PB9, we've determined that it is not yet eligible for reconciliation. Waiting until the shipment is eligible helps ensure that the products in your shipment have had sufficient time to reach the appropriate fulfillment centers."
The shipment was closed on September 5, 2024, and now it's September 27, 2024, yet it’s still not eligible for reconciliation. Has anyone else had the same experience with such delays?
A detailed update on the shipment status and actions being taken to resolve this issue is expected immediately.
