Recently, Amazon notified me that one of my products does not comply with their policies and, as a result, the item was blocked. They also initiated a refund process for all the products sold, totaling over $23,000 USD. The most concerning part is that they didn’t give me time to appeal the decision or resolve the issue before the charge was made. Although I have already submitted the requested documentation, Amazon’s review process takes 5 to 7 days, while the charges will be processed in just 2 days. This situation is leaving me in a very difficult position, as I have no way to prevent the charges or receive a timely response to resolve the issue. I am seeking support to have this unfair situation addressed and to be given the opportunity to appeal properly.

Post what they sent you. From the sounds it looks like they are claiming you were selling counterfeit products.
This happens often when a BRAND complains and they do not have you on their list of authorized sellers.

Look them up in the forums and you will see that you are not alone and that Amazon id refunding all buyers for the last 24 months because of a recall and there seems to be not much that anyone can do about it.
As a customer, has anyone here ever gotten refund for something they ordered that was almost guaranteed to be counterfeit? A product that became a dog page shortly after you ordered it? I've ordered a few items like that, but Amazon has never randomly refunded me for anything. Are they even really giving that money to all the customers, or are they "holding onto it" until a customer complains?

He's a scammer. I reported him on many threads.
If you never want to sell on Amazon again... close the checking and any back-up funding sources like credit or debit cards before the charges go through. Other than that you might want to consult an attorney that specializes in online platforms and recalls. However, I am pretty sure Amazon would have checked with their lawyers before doing this. I wonder... if a customer no longer has the checking/credit card account that they charge the product to, then they cannot receive a refund. I would think it would be illegal for Amazon to pocket the money, so you might get a few of the dollars back.
In case you missed it, Table Top Fire Pits have been shut down across the board.
