I have received a negative feedback on order 206-0056300-9818720. The customer stated that "This was a gift packaging wad awful. Postsge label and packing tape over the actual box, tried to remove tape with left the box unable use.''
First of all, the product detail page of this listing as well as the listing pictures do not specify any sort of gift box along with the products. The box that was used and sent to the customer was only meant for outer packaging. It seems that the customer misunderstood the packaging box as a gift box. Hence, the customer has left a negative PRODUCT REVIEW. Customer should have reviewed the product detail page carefully before leaving the product review.
I always strive our best to achive 100% customer satisfation despite this paticular case due to customer's own misunderstanding.
I tried to remove the feedback through request romoval but denied instantly. Also tried appealing it further but the request got rejected. I hope this helps to understand the nature of this inappropriate product review and please kindly advise us how to remove this inaccurate remark.
