FBA reconciling being ignored by Amazon and not paid?

I’ve been dealing with unresolved reconciliation cases on Amazon since the beginning of the year, and the situation has become increasingly frustrating. Despite submitting all the necessary documentation and evidence multiple times, Amazon has failed to respond to my initial cases. I waited months without any feedback, so I opened a new case in hopes of prompting a response—but now even this new case has been ignored.

The lack of communication and accountability is concerning, especially given that all requested information was provided promptly on my end. It’s beginning to feel as though Amazon may be ignoring these cases intentionally, hoping that sellers will abandon them to avoid reimbursing us for lost inventory.

Is anyone else experiencing similar issues with unresolved cases, and does anyone have suggestions for escalating these types of claims? It’s disheartening to feel that sellers are left in the dark regarding their own inventory losses. Any advice on navigating this would be greatly appreciated.
