I'm using a Zebra LP 2844 printer for 4x6 labels and Amazon Print Connect software. It's always worked fine. Recently Amazon has been offering UPS Ground Saver. For some reason, whenever I select this as the shipping method the label size doesn't match the printer. I get a giant portion of the top left hand corner of the label on a 4x6 label. For me to use UPS Ground Saver, I have to save the file as a PDF and then print it. It's annoying. Does anyone know how to fix this?

UPS GROUND SAVER OPTION IS NOT SHOWING in any of my orders, like any state it won't show me ups ground saver options. but it does let me take out ups ground, even tho i have the longest delivery for all my orders 3-5 days. UPS ground saver is just not showing for ANY of my orders.

Was just wondering if UPS Ground Saver shipments are still experiencing virtually every package to get an Amazon price adjustment (and, obviously, not in my favor)?

Maybe a 1-2 months or so ago, I started to use UPS Ground Saver, as the prices were favorable for many smaller packages. However, nearly every package shipped this way, got an adjustment later on, for $.50 - $2.00 or so, making that favorable rate, not so much anymore...

I don't know if this was an Amazon or UPS glitch, or that nearly every single one of my packages were dimensionally adjusted, that caused this price adjustment...all I know is that I ship the same exact way when using USPS Ground Advantage, or USPS Priority, or UPS Ground, and none of these packages get adjusted.

So, anyone else have this experience? If so, has the above issue been resolved, or is this just a 'me' thing?
