Read onlyI was authorized to sell the Hanes brand, I had 3 customers who said the product was fake, but I buy all of the brand itself and have the invoices, then Amazon removed my listings for that brand, and they are asking for the product invoices, I send all the invoices, Amazon says it will not accept them because it does not have the supplier information, but the invoice itself has all the information that Amazon asks for, I don't know what to do to be approved and sell again, could someone help me?
Pretty sure you probably don't have an invoice or LOA from Hanes to sell their product. Also, if Amazon allows or authorizes you does not mean the brand does.
I'll ask for clarity, because a lot of people do not understand the difference.
When you say you buy from the brand, do you mean that you contacted the brand, provided your business license and tax ID number, and opened a wholesale account (with them knowing that it will be for sales on Amazon)?
Or did you go to a public facing website or store and purchase the items, without submitting business information?
Also, when you say you are "authorized" to sell Hanes, are you saying that you have written permission from Hanes to sell their products on Amazon? Or are you saying that Amazon let you sell Hanes products in the past?
Good Morning @Seller_Q4N6jeIFRlkgj,
It looks like you were able to receive some guidance from some of our seasoned sellers like @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 and @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw regarding invoice submissions to Amazon.
If any of their replies helped you, feel free to mark it as “Most Helpful reply” using the 3 dots in the corner of their post. This helps other sellers find the answer to your question at the top of the post just in case they find themselves in a similar situation.
Without a CASE ID, I am unable to properly investigate what is occurring, but in the mean time, I wanted to provide the link for Amazon's Responsible Sourcing documentation request requirements. Listed below are the requirements for sourcing documentation request:
Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured
These documents:
Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
A letter of authorization can also be a valuable addition to your policy violation appeal if you are sourcing directly from the brand or their manufacturer (as @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 recommended above).
Lastly, you are probably looking for this help page -->HERE<-- regarding submitting invoices to appeal policy violations.
Feel free to review the feedback that the sellers, myself and Selling Partner Support has told you so you can continue to appeal the violations. Have a great rest of the week.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
