Thousands of dollars of our items MIA and the answer is always for us to show proof of ownership. We can only order X amount of an item a day, some are for us to send to FBA, some are to keep in the shop here at our dealership. When we have shown proof of ownership in the past, it seemed Amazon did not understand how to even read our invoices.
I am assuming you are ordering directly from Toyota or the manufacturer? You might be missing a Letter of Authorization giving permission to sell the brand's products specifically on Amazon. It will reject invoices without an LoA and I have seen them be rejected with the same generic responses as improper invoices, which really doesn't tell sellers what the issue is.
Hello @Seller_f1Nmw4Qg8JIK4, thanks for posting! I'm sorry that you have had to wait so long for a response, but I see that case 17230450031 has been transferred to the right team to help you. I understand that you have had issues with invoices in the past, however, to open an investigation into missing inventory, you will need to provide proof of purchase. Proof of purchase must be the original invoice from the supplier or manufacturer, in a non-editable format, and must include the following:
The purchase price isn’t required, except for re-evaluation cases, and can be concealed. Please be sure to provide invoices for all units that you've sent in your shipments, from the invoice date to the shipped date of the shipment currently under investigation.
If you have this information, I recommend opening a new case and attaching the document. If you need assistance from there, let me know!
