The listing title for my product randomly changed without my consent to something that completely does not describe my product (I sell planners for cancer patients and they title changed to Aode Full HD 1080P Webcam with Microphone-84). At first I thought my account got hacked, so I tried contacting seller support to let them know I'm unable to change my title back (the error code was saying that someone else has rights to the product even though I am the only seller for this product). Thankfully I reached the catalog team pretty easily and they informed me that it was an internal mistake where AI had tried to generate a better title for my product and completely failed. They said they would contact the relevant team and have the title changed, but it would take 1-3 business days. It's been 3 business days now and still no change in my listing title. I am a bit frustrated since this is affecting sales a lot. I don't know if Amazon realizes how much of a detrimental impact 3 days can make on a small business whose main product is no longer showing up in any of the relevant search results for customers. I'm conflicted about what to do now since I heard if you try to open the case again, it just gets pushed back into the back of the queue and you'll need to wait even longer for a response.
Has anyone else experienced something similar and found a solution to get Amazon to address the issue immediately?
Here is the ASIN for my product if anyone on the Amazon team can help: B01M7PTIPE

Yes, been fighting this for months. Seller Support is absolute trash, they just close any ticket with a canned response, don't even look at anything I send them. Here's the catalog, here's the manufacturers site, here's picture of the item with the name exactly on it....
Sorry we can't change it back with out the brand owners permission, we contacted them....sure you did, as they don't exist.
Hey @Seller_nnqcPtvRa45aE, thank you for providing your case ID! I see that Seller Support said that your title contribution has gone through properly. Can you confirm this? If not, please do reopen your case to let them know!
