Hello all
My account has violated Amazon's intellectual property policy
I am a new seller and I did not understand these things quite well
But now, after a period of research, I understand and know the solutions
1- I am the private supplier, but it became clear to me that it was illegal. I did not understand these matters, so I changed it
2-I did not know that I had to bring an authorization letter to sell the product
I solved these problems and deleted the product from my stock. I saw among many people that in order to remove this ban, I had to write a letter acknowledging the mistake. Thus, I actually wrote many, many, many letters in an elegant and pdf form.
But it is rejected and Amazon tells me the following:
Your explanation should include greater detail on the following information:
-- How your account has not violated the Intellectual Property policy.
-- Evidence that shows your account complies with our Intellectual Property policy.
So, is there something I am doing wrong? If you have an idea on how to write an apology in a way that will be better accepted, or anything that can help me with this problem?

Hard to know just what is going on without more details, but in general, Amazon wants sellers who follow the rules BEFORE they get caught.
In the rejection, they tell you that you need proof that you have not violated IP policy; that's not the same as "I won't do it again".
In future ventures, make sure that you understand the rules before you jump in. Some places are more forgiving than Amazon, but most are still not "learn as you go" type ventures; and Amazon most certainly is not.

Based off of the notification you have provided, it looks like you may need to show proof that your account has not violated and complied with our IP policies. If your letters are not being accepted, it looks like you may only have a dispute path at this time.
As a new seller, Seller University is an amazing source to utilize. It talks about how to sell on amazon, what documents are needed etc.
