I am reaching out for urgent assistance regarding an issue we are experiencing with some of our most important products. Our bathroom towel sets have been mistakenly flagged as "noxious weeds" and restricted from being sold in certain locations, particularly New York.
These products are 100% Turkish cotton towel sets—they do not contain any plants, seeds, or other materials that could be classified as weeds. Despite multiple appeals, our case (ID: 16050169851) was rejected, and the listings remain restricted under this incorrect classification.
We have made it clear that these are bathroom textiles and have no connection to plant-based products, yet the issue persists. This is having a serious impact on our business and customer experience, and we urgently need help to resolve it.
Could a moderator or anyone experienced with similar issues please provide guidance on how we can correct this? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance for your help!

I'm having the same issue wit window curtains. Appealed twice with the same canned responses with no evidence that the Amazon rep bothered to even look at the PDP.
OK now two are having this issue it feels like the SEEDS all over again lol.
I did find that Turkish Thistle is considered a noxious weed in some states. Maybe that is what is happening? Those are two different plants but maybe they are seeing one word on there that correlates and kicking the listing.
It is more than cotton
I sell home decor items such as drawer knobs, night lights and wall plates, some have asian decor on them such as bamboo, these have all been removed because they are apparently noxious weeds.
I appealed, and lost
I appealed again, we will see what the bots say this time lol
Hello @Seller_1tofwzYOFWQjx,
I'm sorry you're running into this issue. I have reviewed the details of your case and it looks like the team has reinstated the ASINs on September 21, 2024 and they are live on the website.
I hope this helps.
Regards,

this is the hoops you'll have to jump through. at some point, you'll end up repeating yourself about 12-30 times. just make sure you screen shot everything and keep doing what they say. then keep replying to every forum and thread about amazon's noxious weed. add images too. eventually, this will be an at small problem that requires more urgency. surely this issue will soon leak into other realms. please see the attached and you'll also see I've responded each time and have attached images
