I am reaching out to seek urgent assistance with my Amazon seller account reactivation issue. My account was deactivated under identity verification, and I completed the required virtual video call verification on 16th December 2024 as instructed in the performance notification.

I also opened a case with Case ID: 16902797421, but it has been over a week, and my account has not been reinstated. This delay is causing significant challenges for my business, as my brand's three ASINs are stranded in Amazon FBA, leading to financial losses and added stress.

I kindly request someone from the Amazon team to look into this matter and help expedite the resolution. I have complied with all the required steps and am eagerly waiting for my account to be reactivated.
