Problems with the Downgrade: Professional Plan to Individual Plan.

Hi, good Morning!

Into one moth ago I switched my account to the Individual Plan because I want to start in an economic way and making sure about of what I'm doing. The problem is that I received a bill to pay the professional plan but I've already did the downgade since I created my account here. So, is possible Amazon remove my debt? and if I pay the fee they can give my money back?

Since you downgraded to the individual plan you can request a refund by contacting seller support directly. If you haven't paid the $39.99 professional fee yet the account will remain in inactive state until the due bill is paid since this is how it was set up.

If you wish to continue with the account setup, you will need to pay the fee first and then request a refund.
