Read onlyHello fellow sellers and Amazon Support,
I’m facing an unfair account deactivation due to what seems to be an incorrect system association with another seller account. I’d appreciate any advice or insights from the community and Amazon representatives.
What Happened:
My business, INKUS LLC, has only one Amazon seller account.
My account has been wrongfully linked to another seller account (ProVacuum), even though I have no ownership, financial ties, or control over it.
The only potential connection was that an independent contractor (not an employee) previously provided advertising services to both my company and the ProVacuum seller account.
ProVacuum’s account is now active, but mine remains deactivated, despite my repeated explanations and document submissions.
What I’ve Done So Far:
Submitted my business ownership documents proving I am the sole owner.
Provided a termination agreement showing I ended my contractor’s services.
Submitted financial records proving my independent operations.
Explained that the contractor had no shared access or control over my account.
My Questions for the Community & Amazon Support:
Has anyone else experienced unfair deactivation due to a past employee or contractor? How did you resolve it?
Why would ProVacuum’s account be reactivated, but mine still remains blocked?
What additional steps should I take to escalate this issue effectively?
I would appreciate any feedback, advice, or escalation contacts from sellers who have dealt with similar issues. Amazon, please review my case fairly!
Looking forward to your insights. Thank you in advance!
