My account has been deactivated today because I sold 45 units of a product 1 year and 6 months ago and Amazon is asking me for invoices for the units sold in the last 365 days (1 year), but I don't have any invoices since my invoices are from more than 18 months ago, what should I do? I have tried to contact Amazon but it is impossible, I have my own product and my own brand and now suddenly they block my account for a product that I resold when I had just opened my Amazon account more than 18 months ago.
What can I do?

Did you have an LOA from the brand at the time you opened your account and sold the item(s)? Did you have an invoice from an authorized wholesaler or was it a receipt from a store or website?

If the answer to the above questions is "NO, I did not have those things" you start selling somewhere else because you are 99.9999% done on here.
I don't want to give false hope, but check ➡ this post ⬅by a CM from a thread where the OP was in your same position. Unfortunately, the CM never returned to the thread so who knows if there was a resolution or not. I rather doubt it; Amazon isn't really into making exceptions.
