Read onlyI'm a new seller. I listed my products in June. Some of them sold very well. Each listing had an "add to cart" button. I think there were customers who needed it. But on July 13th, all the "add to cart" buttons were lost. The seller team told me that my selling price did not comply with the recommended quote. But this is very strange. 5,000 listings did not comply with the recommended quote on the same day. After all, just one day ago, each listing had an "add to cart" button. My Account Health is normal and there are no non-compliant items , I'm helpless and anxious. I don't know who to turn to for help now?
This is the case ID 15633440351 and case ID 15659475891 that I initiated. It told me that one listing did not meet the recommended quotation, but it did not solve the problem that all listing did not have the "Add to cart" button.
Are you buy-box eligible? If you do not have that column added to your Manage Inventory page -- you should add it (through Preferences) to see at a glance if you are eligible.
Hello @Seller_g3ilpWCkb08C4,
To give customers the best possible shopping experience, sellers must meet performance-based requirements to be eligible to compete for Featured Offer placement. This means that not all sellers may be eligible for the Featured Offer. I won't be able to provide any details on how this selection is determined beyond the information provided in the Become the Featured Offer help page.
At this time, I have initiated an internal review of your Featured Offer Eligibility for this product. I won't be able to give details on the results but I will indicate when the review is complete.
Thanks for your understanding.
