Recently the sub asin of my product was automatically split from the parent asin, I didn't receive any message in the performance notification so I tried to contact the online customer support and got the conclusion that I was advised to re-merge the sub asin, the first time I re-merged the sub asin but after one hour it was automatically split again, is there any way to solve this problem?

After my first attempt to re-merge the sub-asin, my asin ended up being split and all of my listing's content was gone,which is too bad!

I took a look through your provided case ID, and see they provided some further instruction on using a category specific inventory file upload to set the variation relationship.
As you upload this template, be sure to include information for the color attribute so the variation relationship will work!
