Dear members,
I changed my legal entity on June 2024 and changed all tax information and legal entity to new legal entity on seller central back then. I wonder if I will be receiving two 1099K forms for previous entity and current entity.

You MAY receive two 1099k forms. It's also possible that either entity might have been below the requirement threshold and Amazon may not generate one for that name.
The one thing you can be sure of is that you will not get a single 1099k that covers your entire reportable sales.
That will not take a good end. Seller accounts are not transferable and changing the Legal Entity is transfering a seller account. When the next reverification will come your account will be suspended.
You would better revert your Legal Entity to what it was, wait 90 days after your last sale, properly close this account and create a new one with your new credentials. EXCEPT your new "Legal Entity" is a Single Member LLC. Then you can all let as it is.
If your "Legal Entity" was your private name and you changed it in your Single Member LLC you don't have to change the 1099K because BOTH are considered as "Individual" and not as "Business".
