Seller Flex inventory in Reserve from Last One month.

Hello Team we have put temporary holiday on our seller flex site. Later we have activated site on seller flex support. But form then the inventory is not live and showing in reserve. We have created more than 5 case ID. No support they just close the id without addressing the issue.

More than 1 mouth has been passed still inventory is in reserve.

please look forward to this issue or anyone know what resone for invetery going in Reserve.
