Read onlyI am shipping inventory from a private warehouse to Amazon warehouses. The problem is that most of the boxes (not the product) were damaged on the way from China to California, so I cannot sell them like this, to avoid defective orders. My question is: Could Amazon receive these damaged boxes, and keep them in their warehouses until I send more packaging to repackage? Or does Amazon not repackage and simply send the boxes to the customer even if they are damaged?
Amazon does not have a repackage service for inbound FBA items.
Hey there @Seller_1t2N05LzxZ4LE- appreciate the post, and @Seller_z3XfkorVSmnEYfor offering some sound guidance as we get caught up following the holiday season.
It is true that Amazon provides FBA repackaging and refurbishment services, though this is specific to repackaging your eligible customer returns so that they can be sold as new.
You can also look into the FBA Prep Service for future orders, as this would have needed to have been selected when the shipment was planned.
Apologies if this causes any strain, but do let me know if you encounter any issues in removing the inventory so it can be corrected.
Thanks,
Danny
